Your sound journey in 4 steps
To get the most out of Ando, we recommend doing the routes on your own or in small groups.
Step 1 — Choose and buy
Browse the route catalogue at ando.tours and pick the one you fancy most. Pay securely by credit or debit card. Payment is handled by Stripe, one of the most secure payment platforms in the world.
Step 2 — Receive your code
You’ll receive a unique code for each tour you buy by email, immediately after purchase. You can also find them under “My account”. Each code is unique and non-transferable.
Step 3 — Download the ANDO app
Download the free app on Google Play or the App Store. Enter your code and the audio will download automatically to your device — from that moment you’ll have 48 hours to enjoy your sound experience. Enter the code on the phone you’ll use to do the route.
Step 4 — Start walking!
Head to the route’s starting point and start the audio. Once downloaded, the tour works without an internet connection, so you can enjoy it even with no signal — remember you have 48 hours from the moment you entered the code to complete your sound experience.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an internet connection to listen to the route?
No. The audio downloads to your device when you activate the code. Once downloaded, you can listen offline. You only need internet for the initial download.
How long is the route?
The length varies by route. Ando Gòtic lasts approximately 75 minutes. You can pause and resume whenever you like within your 48 hours.
Can the code be used on several phones?
Each code is linked to one device. For group experiences, you’ll need one code per person and phone.
Available in more languages?
Currently available in Spanish. More languages coming soon.
How do I get the access code after buying?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an automatic email with your unique code. If you don’t see it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or look up the order under My account > Orders.
Which devices does the ANDO app work on?
The ANDO app is available for Android (Android 6.0 or higher) and iPhone (iOS 14 or higher). You can download it free on Google Play or Apple’s App Store.
How long do I have to activate the code?
Your code has no expiry date for activation. Once you enter it in the app, you’ll have 48 hours to complete the route from that moment.
Can I pause the route and continue another day?
Yes, you can pause and resume the route whenever you like during the 48 hours of access. Ideal if you want to explore at your own pace, grab a coffee, or come back the next day.
Can I do the route as a group or family?
Absolutely! Each code is for one device, so each person in the group will need their own code. Perfect for couples, families or groups of friends.
What do I do if I have a technical problem during the route?
Write to us at ando@ando.tours or use the contact form. We reply within 24 hours on working days. If it’s urgent, include your access code and phone model.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other supported networks) via Stripe. Payment is secure, encrypted and processed directly by Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers.
Is it safe to pay on ando.tours?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, certified PCI DSS Level 1 (the highest security standard in payment processing). All payment data is encrypted over HTTPS and never passes through our servers.
Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes. Immediately after payment you’ll receive a confirmation email with your purchase summary and the route access code. You can also view all your orders under My account.
