2 Purpose

This legal notice governs the access, browsing and use of the website ando.tours and the ANDO mobile application (hereinafter, “the Platform”), owned by Carlos Benito.

Use of the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the conditions set out in this legal notice. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

3 Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Platform — including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, audio, voice recordings, sound effects and audiovisual content — is the property of the owner or is used under licence or express authorisation from the relevant rights holder.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of such content, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of the owner is expressly prohibited.

The trade name ANDO, the logo and other distinctive signs are protected and may not be used without express authorisation.

4 Liability and disclaimer

The owner shall not be liable for any damage arising from the incorrect use of the Platform, technical failures beyond its control, or the use of mobile devices with incompatible operating systems.

The owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue access to the Platform, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

5 Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by current Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
