A birthday, an anniversary, a friend visiting for the first time… and the same thing always happens: you draw a blank looking for something that isn’t another scented candle or a box of chocolates.
With Ando you give something different: a sound route narrated by locals, with music and ambient sounds, enjoyed at your own pace. No schedules, no groups, no screens. Just headphones and the city.
1. Buy the route
Choose the route and tick “It’s a gift” at checkout. You can add the recipient’s email and a personal message.
2. The gift is sent
The recipient gets an email with the code and your message. You also receive the code in case you prefer to send it yourself via WhatsApp.
3. Time to walk
The person who receives the gift enters the code in the app, downloads the audio and starts walking whenever they like. They have 48 hours to enjoy it.

Frequently asked questions
Does the gift code expire?
No. The code has no expiry date for activation. Once entered in the app, the person will have 48 hours to complete the route.
Can I gift several routes to different people?
Yes. Each unit you buy generates a separate code. You can send each code to a different person.
Do they need the app to use it?
Yes. The recipient needs to download the free Ando app (available on Google Play and the App Store), enter the code and the route audio will download automatically.
Can I send it by WhatsApp instead of email?
Of course. You also receive the code in your confirmation email. You can copy it and send it via WhatsApp, text message, or however you prefer.
What if the email doesn’t reach the recipient?
Don’t worry. You always have the code in your own confirmation email and under My account → Orders. You can resend it yourself at any time.
